The purpose of the Business Advisory Board is to advise, advocate, and act as ambassadors for the Bill and Vieve Gore School of Business. Board members discuss a variety of issues, including programs, recruitment, placement of students in jobs and internships, and the general competitive environment affecting business education. They work to improve the visibility and enhance the reputation of the Gore School of Business regionally, nationally, and internationally, and identify and secure financial resources needed to realize the school’s mission.

The Westminster College of Arts and Sciences has more than 35 areas of study, including anthropology, biology, computer science, environmental studies, neuroscience, psychology, and theatre arts. With such breadth of studies, Arts and Sciences thrives on attracting a diverse group of students, and almost every Arts and Sciences program activates learning by engaging students outside the classroom.

The Digital Design Lab is an innovative space with state-of-the art technology and hardware, providing opportunities for students and faculty to excel in a variety of communications technologies. Gifts to the Digital Design Lab support updated technology and hardware to keep Westminster at the forefront of innovation.

GIVE TO THE DIGITAL DESIGN LAB

The mission of Westminster’s Great Salt Lake Institute (GSLI) is to connect people to Great Salt Lake through research and education. The Institute studies many aspects of Great Salt Lake systems, such as the brine flies and the microbialites that feed them, the 10 million migratory birds that visit the lake annually, and the shoreline plants and the microbes that live among their roots.

GSLI provides valuable undergraduate research opportunities for Westminster students, who gain hands-on experience while contributing to understanding the changing lake and its impact on environmental systems and Salt Lake City residents.

Give to the Great Salt Lake Institute

The School of Education at Westminster prepares educators for community engagement through teaching, learning, scholarship, and service. Scholarships help remove barriers for students from under-represented groups and increase access that might otherwise be limited by socioeconomic status.
