Stress-Less Week Overview

Stress-Less Week provides you opportunities for self-care, relaxation, and social time during finals week, May 4–7, 2026. Throughout the week, you can:

Work off tension in a group fitness class during extended hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 6:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 6:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Study hard in the library during extended hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 7:30 a.m–midnight
  • Friday: 7:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 11:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
  • Sunday: 11:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m.

Focus on finals in the dedicated grad student study room (Gore 218):

  • April 22–May 8: 9:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
