If something is broken in your on-campus housing, submit a Maintenance Request.

For assistance on Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 p.m., call Residence Life (801.832.2245). Call the on-call RA for assistance after 5:00 p.m. or during the weekend. Contact information for the on-call RA is posted in your residence hall lobby.

Visit the service desk in the Dolores Doré Eccles Health, Wellness, and Athletic Center to replace a lost student ID or keycard.

If you lost your room key, submit a Missing Key Form in the Residence Life Portal as soon as possible.

Letters are delivered to your assigned mailbox by Residence Life. You will receive an email to pick up any large packages in the mail room.
