Newly admitted first-year students starting in the Fall semester register for classes during New Griffin Enrollment. At New Griffin Enrollment, you’ll work with an advisor to choose classes for your first semester of college and then make an appointment for a follow-up with a financial aid advisor.
In 2024, New Griffin Enrollment occurs in June and July and is entirely online. All first-year students must select a New Griffin Enrollment day and time. You’ll be able to register through your admissions portal.
For general questions or concerns, email the Westminster advising team (advising@westminsteru.edu).

REGISTER FOR A NEW GRIFFIN ENROLLMENT APPOINTMENT
After June 3, you can register for a New Griffin Enrollment appointment with an advisor. The registration form asks a lot of questions that will help make your appointment go smoothly, so plan for at least 20 minutes to complete it. When you meet, your advisor will help you think about what you want to study at Westminster, and together you’ll navigate the registration process. By the end of the appointment, you’ll be registered for your first semester.
Each registration appointment should take about 60 minutes and will be held in Mountain time.
Appointments are available from June 10–July 19. You’ll need to be in front of a computer to complete the registration process. If you can’t meet with an advisor for an hour during that time, please email Westminster advising (advising@westminsteru.edu) to set up a later appointment.
