Thesis Topic Approval
This form is to be filled out by all Honors students writing a thesis who wish to apply that work towards the 2-hour senior project/thesis requirement of the Honors degree.
Thesis Completion Approval
This form is to be filled out by all Honors students who have completed their capstone work and who wish to apply that work towards the 2-hour senior project/thesis requirement of the Honors degree.
Honors College Research Conference Presentation/Workshop Reimbursement Grant Application
Currently enrolled Westminster Honors College students in good standing who are presenting research at a conference (excluding the NCHC annual meeting) or attending a research-based workshop tied to their academic area of interest and hope to have travel expenses offset with funds from the Honors Student Research Fund should complete this form no later than 6 weeks before their travel commences.
Kim T. Adamson International Study Award Application
Kim T. Adamson Awards support month-long study in Honors MTSE seminars that have an international component.
Peer Mentor Application
The purpose of the Honors Peer Mentoring Program is to ease the transition of incoming Honors students and strengthen the sense of community within the Honors College. Students are uniquely qualified to help other students succeed; by guiding, advising, and encouraging, mentors will enhance the Honors experience for incoming students during the most important time of their university careers.
Katherine Metcalf Nelson Writing and Creative Arts Awards Application
To encourage and recognize excellence in Honors courses, the Honors College gives cash awards to the best essays written annually and creative works produced in 4 categories. From the winning entries, the Honors Council also chooses a "Best Honors College Submission of the Year." Students currently enrolled in the Honors College can submit a copy of a 200-level seminar paper or creative work that received an A or A- for consideration by the Honors Council.
