Westminster Student Showcase

The Westminster Student Showcase gives you the opportunity to share your research, internships, professional and clinical experiences, field studies, and more with the community. Students presenting at the showcase demonstrate career readiness and a keen understanding of how to apply their knowledge to their field. The showcase recognizes the academic achievement of students who engage in high-level projects under faculty guidance. Students from all academic programs are welcome to participate. Projects and experiences do not have to be complete—you can present your work at whatever stage it is in at the time of the showcase.

The 2025 Westminster Student Showcase will be held on May 2, 2025. The Westminster community is encouraged to attend all or part of the event.

Presentation Formats

Presentations and posters can be based on substantive in-class papers, senior capstone and internships, scientific research, thesis work, independent study projects, dance performances, theatre performances, music performances, field experiences, short films, photographs, paintings, collages, and community service activities.

You can present a poster, panel discussion, or performance. If you wish to participate, you should speak to your faculty mentor about which presentation format is best. If you participate in the poster session, you will be provided with three template choices. If you have a poster from a previous academic conference, you can decline to use the provided templates.

Westminster University will print your poster free of charge if a PDF of the poster is emailed to aday@westminsteru.edu by 11:59 p.m. on April 13, 2025.
