Requests

Marketing and Communication Project Requests

To request projects from the Office of Marketing and Communication, including event promotion and production, design and/or print requests, public relations, communications or marketing plans, website updates, social media, and advertising, you must submit a request. If your project only includes a website component, please submit a website request.

Swag Orders and Requests

Request a quote or design assistance to purchase Westminster-branded swag items for your institutional events or gifts.* If you need a heavily designed, branded item, submit a marketing project request first and include your swag details in that request:

  • Budget for the order
  • The type of item(s) needed
  • Quantity of the order
  • Date the order is needed by
  • A description of who will be receiving the swag item(s) and under what circumstance(s)
*The Office of Marketing, Communication, and Events does not stock or keep any swag inventory on hand.

Website, Formstack, Campus Directory, and Digital Sign Requests

All changes to the Westminster website must be submitted as a web request. All changes to a single page or set of related pages should be included in one request. Tickets are typically assigned to a web team member within one day. Plan your requests ahead of time since last-minute requests of any size cannot always be honored.

Event Services Requests

Event Services supports the scheduling, planning, and implementation of campus events. Use the event request form to request event support and promotion, reserve space on campus, or request to film or photograph campus. Use the tabling request form to reserve a table in Richer Commons or Shaw Student Center. You can also get support for scheduling your own in-person or virtual meeting.

Submit Your Story Idea

Have a Westminster story that you think is worth telling? Send us your idea by filling out the story submission form. Please include a brief description of the story, why it’s worth telling, and the contact information for who we should interview to write the piece.

Photography Requests

Submit your photography request for headshots, portraits, campus events, and more. A Creative Services Team member will reach out within 1–2 business days to coordinate the photo shoot.
