Learning Communities

Learning Communities help you meet other students, expand your knowledge, and uncover what you want to spend more time studying. It's part of your WCore liberal arts education experience and is composed of courses in different areas linked by a common theme. You'll take classes with the other students in your cohort, and the faculty teaching the classes will become part of your support team of Griffin Guides. All full-time first-year students are required to register for a Learning Community in the fall semester.
