GLINT Dance Projection Installation

GLINT 2025 – Shift, is a two-day outdoor video installation that reimagines the familiar architecture of Westminster University’s campus. Through bold, original screendance works, GLINT transforms walls and facades into living canvases of movement and light. This year’s theme, Shift, explores transformation in all its forms—shifts in perspective, shifts in systems, and shifts in the stories we tell. Each piece invites audiences to experience the power of dance on screen as a catalyst for dialogue, imagination, and change and to see place, movement, and possibility anew.

GLINT is an annual video installation project by the Westminster Dance program that presents original screen dance works by students, faculty, and community artists projected on the architecture and landscape of Westminster’s campus. The accessible path is approximately .3 miles in length and allows audiences to engage with the work in a gallery style that can be enjoyed at your own pace. GLINT aims to enhance engagement for patrons by integrating accessible tools of audio description, mobility considerations, self-paced interaction, and content information related to the screen dance being projected.

Featured screendance artists in GLINT 2025 – Shift are Candace Anderson, Isabelle Armstrong, Karina Barnes, Indigo Cook, and Bella Sims, each of whom were chosen from a call for submissions. Carly Schaub and Meghan Wall serve as the artistic co-director for GLINT 2025 – Shift
