SALT LAKE CITY–Dr. Bonnie Baxter, director of Great Salt Lake Institute and professor of biology, published research in the journal Nature Communications. Titled "The overlooked conservation value of saline lakes," the article evaluates the ecosystem services and threatened species present in 85 saline lakes across the globe.
