Dear Colleagues,

Vice President of Enrollment, Erica Johnson, has accepted a consulting position with the Education Advisory Board (EAB) and will be stepping down from her role effective June 4, 2025. I am pleased to share that she will continue to assist Westminster University on a limited basis throughout the summer as we welcome a new Director of Undergraduate Admissions and facilitate a smooth transition for this critical division. Erica will announce the new director shortly.

During her 6 years at Westminster, Erica has made a significant, positive impact on Westminster’s enrollment processes and outcomes. She has navigated external challenges, increased our student applicant pools, improved student outreach and communication, implemented best-in-class recruitment tools, built an outstanding Office of Financial Aid, and built strong relationships both internally and with external partners and communities. She has been professionally involved in the enrollment field, serving on boards, ranging from the Rocky Mountain Association for College Admissions Counseling (RMACAC) and National Association for College Admissions Counseling (NACAC) to the College Board. While at Westminster, Erica also completed a Master of Education in Enrollment Management and Policy from the University of Southern California.

We have retained the services of NES Searches to begin the process of an expeditious search for our next Vice President of Enrollment. They will begin interviewing campus partners in May regarding qualifications and expectations for the next leader of this division. More details will be available soon regarding search committee composition and timing.
