Westminster University participates in cross-town (aka partnership) agreements with the University of Utah for the following Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) programs:

  • Air Force ROTC
  • Army ROTC
  • Navy ROTC

Students who successfully complete their respective ROTC program and graduate with their academic degree, will be commissioned as officers in the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force or Marines. Nationwide, ROTC graduates comprise approximately 40 percent of all active-duty officers in the Department of Defense.

Westminster also offers a comprehensive Military Leadership minor program for each branch of service (Air Force, Army, Navy, and Marine Corps) with a range of electives to help future military officers develop their skills as ethical leaders.

Scholarships are available for those who qualify. Please contact your respective ROTC unit for specific questions.
