The Draw Sugar House, located just minutes from Westminster's campus, offers two types of housing: student housing and apartment rentals. The Draw is operated and managed by Westminster’s third-party housing partner, Volz Company, and has recently undergone significant renovations to provide updated, flexible housing options for the Wasatch Front community.

 

 

Housing Options

• Private bedrooms in shared apartments starting as low as $630/month, available to all university students in Utah (Westminster students receive an additional 5% off the rental rate)
• 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom apartments are great options for faculty, staff, and alumni living alone, with family, or with roommates
• Renovated and non-renovated apartment options
• Private-bedroom, half-unit, and full-apartment leasing options
• Furnished private-bedroom options available
• Flexible lease terms, including short-term options
