Westminster's Tax Institute is being postponed until 2025 while it transitions from a winter program to a spring/summer program. This new schedule will provide you with more flexibility to attend other tax events in Utah during winter.

The Tax Practitioners' Institute at Westminster University is a 2-day, continuing education opportunity for tax professionals who want to learn about the newest trends in taxation theory and practice. Expert instructors are tax professionals with accounting and legal backgrounds, providing guidance on the latest interpretations of tax laws. Tax Institute sessions are interactive; participants are encouraged to share their comments and questions.

Tax Institute participants earn a CPE certificate of attendance and up to 16 continuing education credits for CPA licensing in Utah: 13 in tax, 2 in ethics, and 1 in Utah law. Certificates are adjusted to report the amount of CPE each participant earns and are filed with the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants (UACPA).
