Westminster University is proud to announce the appointment of Dr. Caroline Randall to serve as Vice President of Enrollment Management, leading the university’s undergraduate and graduate admissions departments and championing its year-round enrollment strategy.

A visionary and battle-tested leader in enrollment management, Dr. Randall most recently served as Assistant Vice President of Enrollment and Director of Admissions at St. John’s College, with campuses in Santa Fe, New Mexico and Annapolis, Maryland. In that role, she led an impressive increase in applications, and enrollment increases among Pell-eligible and first-generation students.

“Dr. Randall brings a broad wealth of expertise in student recruitment and a proven track record of increasing enrollment at a small and distinctive institution as well as successful recruiting support for graduate and professional programs, setting her apart as a uniquely equipped leader for this role,” said Westminster President Beth Dobkin. “Her vision for our enrollment strategy, combined with her collaborative approach, made a strong impression on our search committee and campus stakeholders.”

In her role as Vice President of Enrollment Management, Dr. Randall will lead a team of admissions directors, advisors, recruiters, tour guides, and other professionals who manage the university’s student enrollment across undergraduate and graduate programs. Westminster University recruits students from all 50 states and more than 20 countries across the globe.

Dr. Randall will also oversee the university’s financial aid office, which awards thousands in non-repayable grants and scholarships, bringing the average net tuition cost for undergraduate students to $7,862.10.

Other programs under Dr. Randall’s leadership include the Westminster Commitment, which provides four years of tuition assistance (after other aid is applied) to any Utah student with a 3.3 GPA and less than $75,000 in family income with limited assets.

“I’m thrilled to join Westminster University at such a pivotal moment in higher education. Westminster’s innovative spirit, deep commitment to equity, and strong sense of community create an incredible foundation to expand access and support student success,” said Dr. Randall. “The enrollment team, along with the dedicated staff and faculty across campus, are truly exceptional, and I am honored to become part of this vibrant community.”

Prior to her appointment at St. John’s College, Dr. Randall served as Associate Dean for Enrollment Services at Schreiner University in Kerrville, Texas. She holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership as well as an MBA and BS in Business Management and Marketing.

Dr. Randall will serve in President Dobkin’s Cabinet, and will begin her role as Vice President of Enrollment Management effective Monday, September 8.
