Nov. 11, 2024
Dear Westminster Faculty and Adjuncts,
Westminster University has partnered with one of the nation’s largest college bookstore operators, Barnes & Noble College (BNC), for our school’s official online bookstore, beginning with the Spring 2025 semester.
You'll make your course selections for Spring 2025 in the new Barnes & Noble Online Bookstore Adoptions Insight Portal (AIP) Nov. 11–22, 2024.
Starting today, you can log into the AIP to enter your course material adoptions. Attend a training session Nov. 12 or 14 to get hands-on support with the new portal. Bring your laptop and ISBNs.
Instructions for Logging In
- Open the Barnes & Noble Online Bookstore Adoptions Insight Portal (AIP).
- Enter your Westminster username and password to log in.
Resources
- Read the Oct. 24 announcement to faculty (note: the original launch date of Nov. 4 was postponed).
- Attend a faculty training session (bring your laptop and ISBNs; the first training will be recorded and shared on the bookstore webpage).
- Check the bookstore webpage often for updates. This is the best place to get the latest information, including details about the types of course materials available through BNC.
Ongoing Support
- For technical support, attend a training session, watch the training recording, or contact BNC support at customerservice@bncservices.com or 800.325.3252.
- Use the Notes section in the AIP to communicate with BNC support when an issue is directly related to a course.
- Contact bookstore@westminsteru.edu for assistance with unresolved inquiries or if BNC can't get a necessary item or course material.
- Each school has a designated staff member to assist faculty with the new portal. Contact your school's front office staff to get assistance.
Thank you for your cooperation with the bookstore transition. We’re excited for the new benefits BNC will offer Westminster students.
Sincerely,
Sheila Yorkin
